Collective Representation

We aim at the strengthening of the dialogue with the representatives of our human resources in order to consolidate a better working environment. We discuss their requests and we achieve consensual solutions to issues arising in the workplace.

Employee Collective Representation Bodies

There are six (6) employee unions active in Piraeus Bank, the most representative of which is recognized as the competent body for negotiations between employees and the Group’s Management.

Regular Communication

The Group’s top management holds, at least once per month, scheduled work meeting with Union representatives, where the former informs the latter about the Group’s activities including important operational changes. Moreover, the representatives make their requests known on matters relating to our human resources: remuneration, benefits, work environment and other issues.

Collective Representation

All salary and benefits of Piraeus Bank Group employees arise from collective bargaining negotiations and are fully compliant with the legislation pertaining to these. All employment contracts are included in this framework.
